Job Description
We are seeking an Application Architect - Entity Management Tool to lead the design and development of the Central Matter Management platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in .NET Core/.NET 6+, Angular, and SQL Server performance optimization and a proven ability to architect scalable services, optimize databases, and enable CI/CD and DevOps practices across distributed teams.
Responsibilities:
* Architect, design, and develop full-stack solutions for Central Matter Management using .NET Core and Angular.
* Build and maintain RESTful APIs with ASP.NET Core, Web API, and OpenAPI/Swagger.
* Lead SQL Server schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
* Implement security standards including OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect for authentication and authorization.
* Establish CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
* Apply design patterns and architecture principles such as SOLID, Dependency Injection, and Repository/Unit of Work.
* Configure and support hosting with IIS/Kestrel and related web server settings.
* Coordinate work across distributed teams and contribute in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 10+ years of .NET development with C# and .NET Core/.NET 6+.
* Hands-on ASP.NET Core, Web API, and MVC experience; strong C# and .NET fundamentals.
* Proficiency building RESTful APIs with OpenAPI/Swagger, JSON, and YAML; SOAP/REST integration.
* Working knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
* Frontend development with Angular v10+, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
* Design patterns and architecture principles: Repository, Unit of Work, Dependency Injection, SOLID, Microservices.
* IIS/Kestrel hosting and web server configuration experience.
* CI/CD and DevOps tools: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Ansible.
* Build tools and package managers: MSBuild, NuGet, npm.
* Test automation with xUnit or NUnit, and UI/API testing with Selenium and Postman/Newman.
* Scripting with PowerShell or Bash.
* Strong full-stack delivery across UI, API, and database layers.
Database Expertise:
* Deep SQL Server experience including schema modeling and normalization.
* Query optimization, performance tuning, and execution plan analysis.
* Stored procedures, indexing strategies, and troubleshooting complex queries.
Required Qualifications & Soft Skills:
* Highly organized, self-motivated, and deadline oriented.
* Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience leading and coordinating distributed or global teams.
* Active participation in Agile/Scrum with timely progress updates.
* Collaborative approach to solving complex design problems.
* Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
* Interpersonal skills with a positive, adaptable, team-focused approach.
* Commitment to continuous learning and technology currency.
Preferred Skills:
* Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 expertise.
* Messaging platforms such as Azure Service Bus, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
* Exposure to microservices and event-driven architectures.
