Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
10+ years of progressive, hands-on software engineering experience, including enterprise-scale distributed systems
Proven experience operating at a Senior Staff / Principal level or equivalent, with significant influence across teams and systems
Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, with strong hands-on experience in AWS
Strong proficiency in .NET technologies (C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+) in large-scale enterprise environments
Extensive experience designing distributed systems, microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures
Demonstrated ability to define technical strategy and influence decision-making across engineering and business stakeholders
Strong experience in Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery practices
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and trade-offs
Roles & Responsibilities
Own end-to-end technical strategy and architecture for large-scale, complex software systems spanning multiple teams and domains
Define and drive long-term technical vision, architecture standards, and engineering roadmaps, ensuring alignment with enterprise and business strategy
Champion and enforce engineering excellence across code quality, scalability, resiliency, security, accessibility, and performance at an organizational level
Lead hands-on design and development of cloud-native, highly scalable solutions on AWS and .NET platforms, with a strong focus on event-driven and distributed architectures
Act as a technical authority and escalation point for resolving the most complex system, integration, and performance challenges across distributed systems and APIs
Influence and guide architecture decisions across multiple teams, ensuring consistency, reusability, and adherence to enterprise standards
Collaborate with senior stakeholders (Product, Architecture, Engineering, UX, Security, and Platform teams) to drive strategic business outcomes
Drive adoption of AI / GenAI capabilities across platforms, including intelligent automation, decision support systems, and developer productivity enhancements
Establish and evolve DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing strategies to enable rapid, secure, and reliable delivery at scale
Influence technical direction beyond immediate team boundaries, contributing to enterprise-wide engineering practices and innovation initiatives
Design and implement agent-based systems and multi-agent architectures (e.g., orchestration, tool usage, RAG pipelines) to solve complex business and engineering problems
