Job Description
- Design, develop, and enhance front-end applications using React.js
- Contribute to full stack development, including backend integration and data access layers
- Develop reusable UI components and shared libraries
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product owners, and backend engineers
- Integrate applications with Oracle and MS SQL Server databases via backend services
- Consume and integrate RESTful APIs
- Coordinate, review, and guide development activities performed by offshore teams
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development and quality standards
- Support application deployments, defect resolution, and performance tuning
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives)
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge-transfer artifacts
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of overall application development experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with React.js
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.)
- Experience in front-end lead or senior full stack roles
- Solid understanding of backend technologies (Node.js, Java, .NET, or similar)
- Hands-on experience working with Oracle and MS SQL Server
- Strong understanding of SQL, data modeling, and performance considerations
- Experience integrating applications with RESTful services
- Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Prior experience working with offshore development teams
- Strong communication and cross-team coordination skills
