Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead Full Stack Developer with expertise in C#/.NET Core, React/Next.js, and microservices architecture.
- Develop scalable backend services using .NET Core, clean architecture, and async programming.
- Use SOLID principles, Design pattern and Command patterns for loosely coupled code.
- Experience with containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) is essential.
- Design and implement event-driven systems with message brokers like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus.
- Build and maintain efficient data access layers using Entity Framework Core, Dapper, SQL, or NoSQL.
- Develop responsive UIs with React, integrating REST APIs and implementing SSR/CSR using Next.js.
- Ensure code quality via unit testing, observability tools (Splunk, AppDynamics), and secure coding practices.
- Lead design discussions, perform code reviews, and mentor team members on backend/frontend best practices.
