Join our expert team to work on a Product Care initiative within the MedTech sector, contributing to the maintenance, support and continuous evolution of business‑critical applications. You will work with .NET Framework 4.8 and JavaScript, combining incident resolution, software maintenance and new developments while supporting an ongoing migration towards .NET 8 and .NET 10.
How do we make this happen?
With people. Besides your team and manager, you will have several support figures like a godparent, who will help you with the practical and administrative aspects of daily life during your first 6 months, and a mentor who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI. You will have regular 1:1 meetings and will work on a development plan to define short, medium and long‑term goals.
What You Will Bring
Strong experience developing applications with .NET Framework and C#.
Experience with JavaScript and integration with backend applications.
Hands‑on experience with unit and integration testing.
Experience performing incident analysis, troubleshooting and software maintenance in production environments.
Experience with InterSystems Caché will be considered a strong plus.
You will be responsible for maintaining and evolving applications built with .NET and InterSystems Caché, analyzing incidents and software defects, implementing fixes and supporting production environments. You will contribute to the migration journey from .NET Framework 4.8 towards .NET 8 and .NET 10 while working closely with backend developers, frontend engineers and QA specialists in an Agile environment.

Our model is hybrid: we usually go to the office 2 days a week, though this depends on the project and team, but we love seeing each other’s faces;
