We are looking for a Senior.NET/SQL Server Developer
This role involves supporting the development and enhancement of enterprise applications within a payroll-focused environment. The individual will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining business-critical applications while partnering closely with technical teams to deliver new functionality and support ongoing project initiatives.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and maintainenterprise applications.
- Build, enhance, and maintain applications using C# and the Microsoft .NET framework.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures.
- Design and develop back-end application components.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to develop scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Troubleshoot application and database issues and provide effective long-term solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code while following established development standards and best practices.
- 7 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Strong experience developing applications with .NET 10 and C#.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience working within large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong SQL development skills, including query optimization, database design, stored procedure development, and performance tuning.
- Previous experience supporting payroll, financial services, human capital management, or other enterprise business applications.
- Experience working within Agile development environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
