Now Hiring: Application Analyst Jr., I & II (EHR / Epic) Onsite – Querétaro, Mexico | Healthcare IT

We are seeking Application Analysts (Jr.) Whether you are starting your career or already have hands‑on experience, this role offers a clear growth path in the Healthcare IT space.

As an Application Analyst, you will provide frontline and advanced support for clinical and business applications, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and help drive system improvements within a healthcare environment.

Supported systems: HBC (Hospital Billing), Cadence, Security, Ancillary systems, and Imaging.

Responsibilities

Provide application support, resolve incidents, and fulfill service requests within SLAs.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and enhance performance.

Qualifications

Application Analyst I (Junior) – 0–2 years of experience in IT, Healthcare IT, or Application Support; supporting basic incidents and requests with guidance from senior team members.
Application Analyst II (Mid-Level) – 3+ years of experience in Healthcare IT or Application Analyst roles; exposure to upgrades, enhancements, or small projects; mentoring junior analysts.
Application Analyst II (Mid-Level) – Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience in Healthcare IT or Application Support, experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Request, Change Management), respond to application incidents and requests within SLAs, ensuring high‑quality service delivery, participate in and lead small projects, coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and follow‑ups, continuously pursue certifications and professional development, mentoring junior analysts.
