Responsibilities :
- Implementing new Network solution
- Improving the efficiency of current network
- Configuring firewalls, routing, switches and access point to efficiency and security.
- Network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Investigate faults in the Network.
- Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases.
- Reporting network status to key stakeholders.
- Interact with international network and Infrastructure team to ensure that operations are coordinated, supported and maintained.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related.
- CCNA training/Certification (preferable).
- PCNSE is a plus.
- +5 years Network Engineering experience required.
- ITIL V3
- General aptitude of TCP/IP, OSI topology.
- General aptitude of switching, access point and firewalls.
- Ability to determine and resolve basic and common network issues.
- Experience with Network services monitoring tools, SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark, Syslog.
- Experience with network technologies (BGP, HSRP, Routing Domains, VLAN, VRF).
- Multi-vendor experiences working with some of the following platforms: Cisco switches, Aruba AP, Palo Alto firewalls including Panorama and Prisma, Velocloud SD-WAN, Windows NPS
- Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.
- Available to work afterhours or within weekends if required.
- Customer service-oriented attitude.
