Network Engineer/ Senior Network Engineer (IT System Integration)
What you’ll be doing?
Work closely with Network Team Managers. Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining network solutions to support business operations
Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimization strategies
Collaborate with System/Cloud/Support teams to integrate network services effectively
Contribute to the deployment and configuration of network hardware and software
Maintain documentation and knowledge base for network processes and procedures
Manage project implementation progress, identify, and resolve issues, and escalate to network providers, customers, and internal teams as necessary
Configure and set up switches, routers, firewalls, and IP networking equipment for installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance
Who are we looking for?
Higher Diploma or above in IT or related disciplines
Knowledge of network protocols ( one of the followings) like STP, EtherChannel, TCP/IP, VLANs, WAN, LAN, VPN, DNS, and ACL / Firewall security principles
Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player
Mature, dynamic, able to work independently, and self-motivated
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Network Engineer
You will have an advantage if you are/ have
CCNA certification or equivalent
Solid working experience in SI companies
Hands-on experience in Cisco/Fortinet/ PaloAlto / CheckPoint products
