1、 负责语音网的维护管理，配合完成网络工程随工工作；Responsible for the maintenance and management of voice network, and cooperate with the completion of network project；
2、 负责语音网优化工作，开通电路及配合其他运营商测试中继电路、升级、重大疑难故障问题； Responsible for voice network optimization work, provisioning and cooperating with other operators testing trunk circuits, upgrades, and major trouble shooting；
3、 负责制定语音专业维护规范和流程并实施，牵头组织网络项目；Responsible for formulating and implementing voice maintenance specifications and procedures, and taking the lead in organizing network projects；
4、 配合其他内部部门作建设及优化工作, 提升支撑手段和维护生产效率。Cooperate with other internal departments to carry out development and optimization work, improve production efficiency.
任职资格JOB SPECIFICATIONS :
1、具备计算机、通信专业的本科以上学历； Bachelor degree or above in computer or
2、具备3年以上的通信运营商语音专业维护实操经验; At least 3 years of hands-on experience in voice system maintenance at a telecommunications carrier;
3、熟悉语音网关SBC, 防火墙, 交换机 (layer 2 & 3), A2P-SMS, 防诈, UC产品设备的维护操作; Familiarity with the maintenance and operation of voice gateways (SBCs), firewalls, switches (Layer 2 & 3), A2P-SMS, anti-fraud systems, and UC products;
4、具备良好的英文听说读写能力; Strong English language skills, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing;
5、工作责任心强，有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，独立工作抗压能力。Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
