Job Responsibilities
Technical Skills:
Dive deep into network security technologies and manage critical security products, responsible for product installation, configuration, POC and post‑sales services.
Collaborative Design:
Work closely with product team to ensure trust and confidence in our solutions.
Project Management:
Lead complex projects from design to implementation, coordinating with various stakeholders.
Incident Resolution:
Be the go‑to person for troubleshooting and resolving network and security issues.
Support and Escalation:
Provide expert assistance to customer and act as a point of escalation for security cases.
Job Requirements
Educational Background:
High‑diploma or above in IT or related fields.
Experience Required:
At least 2 years in network security, relevant SI/ project experience.
Technical Proficiency:
Familiar with technologies and products such as
FW/WAF/EDR/LB/SIEM .
Certifications:
While not mandatory, certifications in network security and cybersecurity are highly valued (CCNA/CCNP/CISP/CISM/CISSP)
