Job Description:
As a NextJS Web Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain modern digital experiences that support enterprise marketing and customer engagement initiatives. You will collaborate with designers, content teams, business stakeholders, and engineers to deliver responsive, accessible, high-performing web applications using NextJS, React, TypeScript, and headless CMS technologies.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain enterprise web applications using NextJS, React, TypeScript, and headless CMS platforms.

Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components aligned with enterprise design systems.

Translate UX and visual designs into responsive, accessible, and high-performing web experiences.

Integrate APIs and dynamic content sources to deliver personalized customer experiences.

Configure and support content models, schemas, and content management solutions.

Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.

Collaborate with designers, content authors, analysts, and engineers to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Troubleshoot application, content rendering, styling, and performance issues.

Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guidelines, and support materials.
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

Strong hands-on experience developing modern web applications using React and NextJS.

Proficiency with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend development practices.

Experience building reusable UI components and maintainable component-based architectures.

Experience working with Sanity CMS or other headless CMS platforms and content-driven architectures.

Knowledge of REST and/or GraphQL API integrations.

Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG), semantic HTML, and responsive design principles.

Experience with Git, source control workflows, and Agile development methodologies.

Familiarity with web performance optimization, debugging tools, and browser developer tools.

Experience with Tailwind CSS, enterprise design systems, testing tools, and component libraries is preferred.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
