Job Responsibilities:
- Review customer requirements, design flow, and implement
- Review integration and regression test plans created by QA
- Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools
Required skills and experience include:
- BE in Computer Science or other field of study and applicable work experience
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript
- Knowledge of Node.js and Express framework.
- Experience on a team developing Backend using Node.js for applications(like Proxy servers, rest APIs, etc).
- Good knowledge of basic Nodejs and Express concepts like Middlewares, Async/Await, Promises, API's with query params, etc
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies.
- Good Knowledge of Databases like PostgreSQL and MSSQL.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git and Svn
- Complete Development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
- Knowledge of and desire to work in an Agile development environment
- Must have strong teamwork orientation and the ability to foster collaboration within and across teams
- Should have the motivation to learn new technologies in server-side web applications.
