- Design, develop, and maintain Node.js applications using AWS Lambda for a serverless contact center platform.
- Build and enhance IVR and self-service workflows using Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex.
- Integrate contact center systems with enterprise applications, databases, CRM platforms, and third-party APIs.
- Create reusable Lambda services for authentication, customer identification, routing, case management, and self-service transactions.
- Develop RESTful APIs and implement event-driven architectures using AWS services.
- Apply secure coding practices, including encryption, authentication, authorization, and data protection.
- Participate in CI/CD pipeline development and deployment automation using GitHub and AWS DevOps tools.
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability in a production environment.
- Collaborate with solution architects, engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Develop automated unit, integration, and regression tests for serverless applications.
- Produce technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of Node.js development experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on AWS development experience, including AWS Lambda.
- Experience with Amazon Connect and/or Amazon Lex.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and microservices architectures.
- Proficiency with AWS services such as API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, SNS, SQS, and EventBridge.
- Experience using Git and GitHub for source control and CI/CD.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
- Understanding of secure software development and cloud security principles.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience developing contact center IVR solutions.
- Experience with conversational AI and chatbot implementations.
- Experience integrating with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow).
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, CDK, or Terraform).
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- AWS Developer Associate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification.
