Role Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Node.js / PHP Developer with strong expertise in System Design and Scalable Architecture . The ideal candidate should have experience designing high-performance backend systems, distributed architectures, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
This role requires someone who can not only write clean backend code but also architect robust and scalable systems for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable backend systems using Node.js and PHP.
- Architect microservices-based and distributed systems.
- Build secure, high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Design database architecture, caching strategies, and queue-based systems.
- Optimize applications for scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with DevOps, frontend, QA, and product teams.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and fault-tolerant solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Required Technical Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in Node.js and PHP
Expertise in frameworks such as Express.js , NestJS , Laravel , or CodeIgniter
- Strong understanding of System Design concepts Load balancing
- Caching strategies
- Database sharding
- API gateway architecture
- Message queues
- Rate limiting
- Scalability patterns
Experience with Microservices Architecture
Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
- MySQL
- PostgreSQL
- MongoDB
- Redis
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of authentication & security protocols (JWT, OAuth, RBAC)
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience designing large-scale enterprise systems
- Strong problem-solving and architectural thinking
- Experience in performance tuning and system optimization
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
