Your contribution to the energy transition
Supervision and analysis of a photovoltaic system park via remote monitoring system
Collection and management of alarms from the control room / SCADA
Define and implement corrective and preventive maintenance strategies
Management of interventions to restore the plants
Technical analysis of problems on the PV plants and identify potential solutions
Planning, scheduling, and controlling of preventive maintenance
On-site inspections and on-site supervision of major maintenance works
Support in the management of plant improvement / revamping projects
Reporting
Preparation of economic offers
Communications with customers
Availability to work during weekend
Support to the relevant other company functions (legal, finance, treasury etc.)
Reviews safety and environmental documentation on site
Support hiring, onboarding, and development of O&M personnel
Ensure compliance with O&M contracts, SLAs, and KPIs
Select, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors
Identify and implement process improvements

Technical diploma or vocational qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy-related fields
5 to 10 years of experience in Operations & Maintenance of photovoltaic plants
Additional certifications in photovoltaic systems, safety (e.g. PES/PAV), or maintenance are considered a plus
Proven experience in team coordination or management
Hands‑on experience with electrical systems, inverters, MV/LV substations, and monitoring platforms
Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance procedures, troubleshooting and performance optimization
Knowledge of safety regulations and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Ability to work independently and in teams, with a proactive and problem‑solving mindset
Willingness to travel and work on-site, including outdoor and remote locations
Knowledge of digital tools for reporting and data collection (e.g. mobile apps, Excel, CMMS platforms)
