Position Observability Dev Ops Engineer within Digital Operations and Reliability team. You optimize and automate the deployment and management of platform and cloud-based services, driving cost‑effectiveness, scalability, and security throughout the digital product lifecycle. Responsibilities Automate Software Delivery: Design, implement, and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines to streamline software deployments. Manage Infrastructure as Code: Deploy and manage application underlying infrastructure using modern Ia C principles and maintain stable, version‑controlled configurations. Embed Observability Frameworks: Implement robust monitoring and observability solutions (such as Grafana Cloud) to measure and optimize the availability, scalability, and performance of software platforms. Integrate Lifecycle Security: Adopt Dev Sec Ops practices by implementing security controls and infrastructure hardening throughout the development and deployment cycles. Collaborate Globally: Partner with cross‑functional architects and developers to translate high‑level product strategies and business requirements into concrete development tasks. Foster Technical Innovation: Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies, keep documentation clear, and provide technical mentorship to engineering colleagues. Qualifications Professional Experience: 3 to 7 years in the software development lifecycle, preferably within a multinational or healthcare corporate environment, backed by a technical degree or equivalent practical experience. CI/CD & Source Code Expertise: Strong hands‑on experience with source code management tools (Git Lab, Git Hub, Bitbucket) and configuring automated deployment pipelines. Infrastructure & Cloud Capabilities: Practical knowledge of Ia C and configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, Vault, Consul) and experience in containers or Kubernetes environments. Monitoring & Observability Proficiency: Solid understanding of centralized observability and monitoring systems (Grafana Cloud, Splunk, Logic Monitor). Communication & Collaboration: Effective oral and written communication skills in English;
