Job Summary (Overseas Contractor Observability Platform Engineer):
- Serve as Product Manager for Observability, focusing on Dynatrace AI and related platforms.
- Leverage a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Bring 10+ years of experience in software product management or relevant leadership roles.
- Utilize strong expertise in Dynatrace SaaS Managed, DQL, Grail Logs, and performance monitoring.
- Work with Davis AI and AI-driven observability solutions.
- Define KPIs, SLAs, and monitoring strategies to support operational goals.
- Manage and monitor cloud environments, with emphasis on Azure and enterprise frameworks.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Hold Dynatrace certification and experience with Business Events.
- Integrate Dynatrace with ServiceNow for enhanced IT operations.
- Apply automation and DevOps practices using CICD, IaC tools (Terraform, Jenkins, Git, Ansible).
- Script and automate tasks using Azure-based tools.
- Balance technical depth with business priorities, maintaining a strategic and customer-first mindset.
- Drive operational excellence and automation across the observability platform.
- Mandatory skills: Dynatrace, Git; Good to have: Terraform.
