We are seeking an Onsite Interface Manager with strong Process/Piping Engineering and onsite-offshore coordination experience. The ideal candidate will act as the primary interface between the client, site teams, and offshore engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with client Engineering, Operations, Construction, and Project Management teams.
- Review Process/Piping deliverables including P&IDs, H&MB, line lists, datasheets, piping layouts, 3D models, tie-ins, and brownfield modifications.
- Manage interfaces across Process, Piping, Mechanical, Civil/Structural, and E&I disciplines.
- Support HAZOP, model reviews, ALARP, constructability, design reviews, site walkdowns, RFIs, and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate vendor/package interfaces and resolve engineering and field issues.
- Track offshore engineering progress, quality, schedules, client comments, and deliverable closure.
- Support red-line markups, field verification, as-built validation, and tie-in identification.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards including ASME B31.3/B31.4/B31.8 and client specifications.
Preferred: Candidates with proven onsite-offshore engineering coordination experience, strong client-facing skills, and Process/Piping Engineering background.
