Location: Lithia & Driveway – Baierl Chevrolet of Wexford. NOW HIRING: Operations Development Program.
- Full‑time hours are Monday through Saturday, 8‑5 AM.
- On‑site position.
- Salary: Starting at $60,000 during the 3‑month training period. After training, eligible for bonus objectives and salary increases based on performance.
- Provide support to dealership departments (Sales, Service, F&I, Back Office, and more!).

What You’ll Do- Dive into core dealership operations with hands‑on experience in Sales, Service, Parts, Back Office, and F&I.
- Master daily store workflows through structured onboarding, shadowing top performers, and owning real responsibilities.
- Strengthen customer, business, and operational acumen by working across multiple departments.
- Collaborate directly with store and regional leaders through coaching, workshops, and strategic meetings.
- Complete the program with deep dealership expertise and a clear, accelerated path focused on leadership potential.
