Your RoleLead, support, and develop production teams by fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvementOversee compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations, ensuring that legal requirements and company policies are always metEnsure efficient and cost‐effective production processes while meeting quality, quantity, and timeline requirements for internal and external customersMonitor and manage production KPIs, resource planning, and departmental budgets, ensuring alignment with overall operational goalsDrive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, CIP (Continuous Improvement Process), and PDCA methodologies to increase productivity and reduce wasteDetailed planning and execution of new launch activities within Operations, including training personnel on new processes and overseeing process ramp‐up phasesActively contribute to the site's leadership team by collaborating across functions (e.G.
