Title: Operations Program Coordinator

Location: Remote, anywhere in Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru

Duration: Fulltime, with BayOne Solutions


Position Summary

The Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting daily operational processes by ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding activities, timely completion of access and asset-related tasks, and efficient coordination between workers, stakeholders, and internal teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple operational responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Facilitate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for workers and contractors.
  • Conduct Pre-Onboarding Orientations to ensure workers are informed and prepared prior to their start date.
  • Ensure all onboarding requirements and tasks are completed accurately and within the required timelines.
  • Coordinate timely offboarding activities including access removal and asset retrieval.

Asset Management

  • Manage company asset assignments, requests, tracking, and retrieval processes.
  • Coordinate shipment and retrieval of equipment such as laptops, Chromebooks, keys, and other work-related assets.
  • Ensure assets are returned promptly to avoid unnecessary charges or delays.

Operational Support

  • Provide operational assistance to stakeholders regarding:
  • Statement of Work (SOW) creation
  • SOW amendments
  • Project creation requests
  • Ensure contracts and worker engagements are amended and processed in a timely manner.

Access & Ticket Management

  • Manage and monitor daily operational tickets related to access concerns and requests.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution of access-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of operational requests and updates.

Worker & Stakeholder Support

  • Provide assistance and guidance to workers regarding work-related concerns and operational inquiries.
  • Serve as a point of contact for onboarding-related questions and support.
  • Maintain professional communication with stakeholders, clients, and workers to ensure smooth operational processes.


Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong experience with VMS system (Fieldglass preferred).
  • Experience in facilitating end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for workers and contractors is required.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in operations, onboarding coordination, workforce support, or administrative support is preferred
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or ticketing systems is an advantage
