Northrop Grumman Defense System is seeking an Operations Program Engineer 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our Advanced Weapons (AW) business unit.
This position is required to be full-time, on-site in the Northridge, CA location. No remote/telework arrangement is available for this position. Applicants must have the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government DoD Secret security clearance.
The Operations Program Engineer 3 will drive end-to-end delivery of strategic operational projects that enhance production efficiency, supply-chain resilience, and compliance with defense-specific regulations. This role partners with senior leadership, engineering, quality, logistics, and external partners to define scope, create detailed plans, manage resources, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project outcomes while adhering to security and export-control requirements. The Operations Program Engineer 3 must be a self-starter, self-motivated individual who can work in a fast-paced environment.
