Job Purpose
The Operations Project Coordinator is an exciting early-career opportunity based at our Field Support Center (FSC). Reporting directly to the VP, Operations PMO, this dynamic 'immersion' role is designed for a highly organized, adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Operating as an agile resource across the Operations department, the Business Analyst will embed into high-priority enterprise initiatives — learning the business from the inside out while helping drive projects to completion. The role begins with a primary focus on the Logistics Transformation and Project Overhaul, before transitioning into broader Operational Excellence initiatives including Ancillary Revenue, Damage, and Equipment Quality.
Throughout all rotations, the Business Analyst serves as a central point of contact during implementations, partnering closely with Change Management, authoring SOPs, and ensuring that project outcomes translate into permanent, sustainable field operations.
Please note: This is a business process and operational project management role, not an IT or Systems Analyst position.
