Title: Oracle EBS Developer
Location: Jacksonville, FL (Remote)

Day-to-Day Job Duties
- Design, develop, enhance, and support Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions with primary focus on Procurement and Expense Reporting.
- Develop and maintain technical components supporting Oracle Purchasing (PO), iProcurement, Payables (AP), and Internet Expenses (iExpenses).
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle EBS technical solutions.
- Develop and enhance PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and database objects to support procurement and expense processes.
- Develop and support Oracle Reports, BI Publisher/XML Publisher reports, and data extracts for procurement, purchasing, invoices, and employee expenses.
- Develop and maintain interfaces, conversions, and integrations between Oracle EBS and external/upstream/downstream applications.
- Support procurement processes including requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, supplier transactions, approvals, and invoice matching.
- Support expense-reporting processes including expense creation, approval, validation, accounting, reimbursement, and integration with Oracle Payables.
- Configure and support concurrent programs, request sets, value sets, flexfields, lookups, profiles, and responsibilities.
- Develop and troubleshoot Oracle Workflow components and approval processes related to procurement and employee expenses.
- Analyze and resolve production issues involving PO, iProcurement, AP, iExpenses, workflows, interfaces, reports, and concurrent programs.Perform root-cause analysis for data discrepancies, failed interfaces, workflow errors, and transaction-processing issues.
- Write complex SQL queries and data-fix scripts for troubleshooting, reconciliation, and production-support activities.
- Support month-end and period-close activities by investigating procurement, AP, and expense-related exceptions and reconciliation issues.
- Perform unit testing and support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production validation for enhancements and fixes.
- Coordinate code migrations and deployments across development, test/UAT, staging, and production environments.
- Collaborate with Oracle EBS functional consultants, business users, finance, procurement, accounting, and integration teams.
- Prepare and maintain technical design documents, deployment documentation, test evidence, and production-support documentation.
- Evaluate new requirements and recommend technical designs while minimizing customizations and following Oracle EBS development standards.
Basic Qualifications
- Hands-on experience as an Oracle EBS Technical Consultant, preferably with Oracle EBS R12/R12.2.
- Strong technical expertise in Oracle Procurement/Purchasing (PO), iProcurement, Accounts Payable (AP), and Internet Expenses (iExpenses).
- Strong development experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, including packages, procedures, functions, cursors, and performance tuning.
- Experience developing Oracle EBS interfaces, conversions, extensions, and customizations.
- Experience with BI Publisher/XML Publisher and Oracle reporting technologies.
- Experience developing and supporting Oracle Concurrent Programs and related EBS technical components.
- Good understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.
- Understanding of employee expense reporting and reimbursement processes, including integration between iExpenses and Accounts Payable.
- Experience troubleshooting Oracle Workflow and approval processes.
- Knowledge of key Oracle EBS tables and data relationships across PO, AP, iProcurement, iExpenses, suppliers, and General Ledger.
- Experience with Oracle APIs, open interfaces, and interface tables for loading and integrating EBS transactions.
- Experience analyzing production issues and performing root-cause analysis, data validation, and reconciliation.
- Experience supporting testing, release management, and production deployments.
- Ability to translate functional requirements into detailed technical designs and development solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with functional consultants, business users, developers, and external integration teams.

- Experience with Oracle EBS R12.2 online patching and development standards.
- Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) development, personalization, and extensions.
- Experience with Oracle Forms and Reports customization.
- Experience with AME (Approvals Management Engine) and complex approval workflows for requisitions, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Knowledge of Oracle General Ledger (GL) and accounting integration with Procurement, Payables, and Expenses.
- Experience with Supplier Management, Procurement Contracts, Sourcing, or Self-Service Procurement.
- Experience integrating Oracle EBS with banks, corporate card providers, travel/expense systems, supplier platforms, and third-party procurement applications.
- Experience with REST/SOAP web services, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), or other middleware/integration technologies.
- Experience with corporate-card transaction feeds and expense-report reconciliation.
- Knowledge of Subledger Accounting (SLA) and accounting flows for AP and expense transactions.
- Experience with high-volume data conversions, interface processing, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux shell scripting and automated batch-processing environments.
- Experience supporting Oracle EBS upgrades, patches, enhancement projects, and production releases.
- Understanding of financial controls, audit requirements, and data-security considerations related to procurement and employee expenses.
