Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Oracle SQL Business Systems Analyst to join a major bank’s Performance Management Data & Analytics team within Finance Operations. This individual will support a critical reporting initiative responsible for delivering weekly performance reporting and analytics datasets consumed by various analytics and business teams across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing Oracle-based reporting solutions, performing code changes, and implementing new business requirements. This role requires a highly skilled individual who can quickly understand reporting requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and begin contributing with minimal ramp-up time. The team operates in a deadline-driven environment with critical reporting deliverables that support key business metrics and enterprise decision-making. The ideal candidate is a SQL Business Systems Analyst who can hit the ground running within the first week of the engagement and thrive in a fast-paced reporting environment.

Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a SQL Developer, Data Analyst, Systems Analyst, OR Business Systems Analyst
- 3+ years Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programming experience
- 1+ year experience with Alteryx
- Experience writing complex SQL queries, including:
- Joins
- Subqueries
- Common Table Expressions (CTEs)
- Stored Procedures
- Views
- Functions
- Strong experience performing data validation, reconciliation, and data quality analysis
- Ability to extract data from various source systems and validating data within Oracle databases
- Experience translating business requirements from tech teams
- Strong communication skills
- Financial Services or Banking experience
- Exposure to reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau
