Packaging Machine Operator (Weekend Shift)
Altenloh, Brinck & Co. US, Inc. manufactures and distributes engineered fasteners under the SPAX brand for the construction market, TRUFAST for the commercial roofing industry and TRUFASTWalls for exterior building envelopes and facades. The Packaging Machine Operator will operate or tend machines to prepare products for storage or shipment. They are responsible for taking the finished product of a manufacturing process and ensuring that it is packaged in line with company and industry standards, making it ready for sale or distribution.
Schedule: Friday-Sunday 6am-6pm

Experience: No previous experience required Education: High School Diploma or GED Required Skills/Competencies: Positive attitude, communication, and ability to promote teamwork Competent in basic math skills (add, subtract and multiply) Able to read a tape measure and ruler Show advanced mechanical aptitude General computer skills Good work history dependable Cleanliness and detail oriented Able to work with other assembly positions. Able to maintain and keep pace with the production of the machine.
Physical Requirements: Remaining in a stationary position, standing for the entire shift. The employee is regularly required to see, talk or hear, use repetitive hand motion, stand, and lift up to 80 pounds; frequently required to walk, reach, twist, and bend.
