Our client, a leading organization in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking Packers for 3rd Shift to join their dedicated team. As a Packers on 3rd Shift, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Franklin, WI
Pay Range: $18
Shift: Monday through Friday, Various start times for 3rd
What's the Job?
- Operate and monitor roll line machinery to ensure smooth production flow
- Assist in setting up equipment and preparing materials for production runs
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area
- Perform quality checks on finished products to meet company standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
What's Needed?
- No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Reliable and punctual attendance
