Therapist In The Partial Hospitalization Program
You can make a difference by helping people get back into the swing of life at Ponessa Behavioral Health as a therapist in the partial hospitalization program in Lancaster County!
We are seeking a full-time master's level clinician in our PHP-Lancaster location. The hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm.
Essential job responsibilities include:
- Providing quality family & individual weekly therapy as part of multidisciplinary treatment team
- Developing and facilitating therapeutic treatment groups for children ages 5 through 18
- Assisting in creating safety in the milieu
- Assisting consumers in reaching treatment goals
- Developing individualized treatment plans and discharge plans
Education requirements:
- Master's degree in social work, psychology or related human services field
Preferred qualifications:
- PA license: LSW, LCSW, or LPC or associate license

Credentials:
- PA child abuse history clearance (Act 151)
- PA criminal history clearance (Act 34)
