Partner Success Manager / Solutions Sales Specialist – Cortex (XDR & XSIAM)About The Role
We are seeking a highly strategic and results‐driven Partner Success & Sales Specialist to drive the adoption and sales execution of Palo Alto Networks' next‐generation security operations solutions (Cortex XDR and XSIAM).
In this role, you will work directly with our premier selected partners, primarily based in Mexico, acting as the core catalyst to enable, accelerate, and co‐sell advanced SOC (Security Operations Center) transformations.
You will bridge the gap between technical capability and sales execution, ensuring our partners possess the strategy, knowledge, and pipeline needed to close high‐value XDR and AI‐driven XSIAM deals.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Enablement & Go‐To‐Market (GTM): Design and execute comprehensive sales and commercial enablement programs for selected partners in Mexico, focusing on the Cortex portfolio (XDR/XSIAM).
SOC Sales Acceleration: Actively coach partner sales teams on how to pitch, position, and sell modern, AI‐integrated SOC solutions, moving customers from legacy SIEMs to autonomous operations.Joint Pipeline Generation: Collaborate with partner account managers to identify, qualify, and develop new enterprise opportunities within the Mexican market.Deal Strategy & Co‐Selling: Support partners in high‐value sales cycles, assisting with value propositions, competitive differentiation, objection handling, and platformization strategies.Executive Relationships: Build strong, trusted relationships with partner leadership (CEOs, CISOs, Sales VPs) to ensure alignment and commitment to Palo Alto Networks' Cortex growth targets.What We OfferOpportunity to work with cutting‐edge, industry‐leading AI security technology (XSIAM).
A highly collaborative, dynamic, and international business environment.Competitive salary and performance‐based incentives.QualificationsCybersecurity experience: 5–7 years in cybersecurity sales, channel development, or partner success, with deep familiarity with SOC environments, SIEM, XDR, or SOAR technologies.Palo Alto Networks ecosystem: Strong understanding of the Cortex portfolio (Cortex XDR and XSIAM) is highly preferred.LATAM market expertise: Proven track record working with enterprise channels and security partners in Mexico, including an understanding of local business culture and procurement cycles.Sales acumen: Demonstrated success in complex B2 B enterprise sales cycles, value‐selling methodologies, and building strategic joint‐business plans with partners.Skills & CompetenciesLanguage: Native or completely fluent Spanish and professional proficiency in English.Influence & Leadership: Ability to motivate, influence, and drive results through external partner teams without direct authority.Communication: Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of delivering compelling pitches to both technical audiences (SOC Managers) and executive suites (CISOs/CIOs).
