Role: Patch Plan Program Manager.

This individual will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving enterprise patch management activities across multiple technology teams. This is primarily a Program/Project Management role, rather than a hands-on patching position. They will serve as the central point of coordination across Infrastructure, Application teams, Cybersecurity, OT/SCADA, Change Management, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate enterprise patch management activities across multiple technology teams.
- Develop and maintain project plans, patch schedules, maintenance calendars, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Coordinate testing, deployment, remediation activities, patch exceptions, and compliance tracking.
- Partner closely with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Application Owners, OT/SCADA, Change Management, and business stakeholders.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, issues, change control, and escalations.
- Coordinate vendor schedules, resources, costs, and deliverables.
- Provide program status, patch compliance metrics, risks, and progress updates to leadership and steering committees.
Top Skills/Experience:
- 7+ years of progressive Project/Program Management experience supporting large, complex, mission-critical technology initiatives.
- Strong understanding of project/program management methodologies, governance, risk management, dependency management, and change control.
- Experience coordinating across technical teams such as Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Applications, and Operations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across all levels of an organization.
- Ability to facilitate meetings, drive accountability, manage difficult conversations, and keep multiple teams aligned.
