Descubra si esta oportunidad es adecuada para usted leyendo toda la información que sigue a continuación.This is a strategic and highly visible role within the organization, with responsibility for leading Clinical Outcome Assessment (COA) activities across a broad portfolio of therapeutic areas and ensuring a strong patient‐centred approach throughout the clinical development lifecycle.As P‐COR Lead, you will define and drive the global COA strategy, ensuring that clinical programs are informed by robust, validated, and meaningful outcomes that support both regulatory and commercial success. You will act as a key scientific and strategic partner to cross‐functional teams and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the development and execution of COA strategies across all therapeutic areas
Advising clinical teams on the selection and implementation of appropriate COAs (PROs, ClinROs, eCOAs, etc.)
Overseeing COA validation, psychometric analyses and scientific quality
Leading COA projects end‑to‑end with vendors and internal stakeholders
Collaborating with clinical, biostatistics, regulatory and data management teams
Contributing to regulatory interactions, submissions and scientific communications
Staying at the forefront of COA methodologies, standards and regulatory expectations
Profile sought:
MSc or PhD in Life Sciences, Psychology, Psychometrics, Biostatistics or related disciplines
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Health Outcomes Research, ideally within COA/PRO
Strong knowledge of COA methodologies and global regulatory requirements xohynlm
Strategic mindset combined with scientific rigor
Proven ability to influence, lead and collaborate in complex, matrixed environments
High level of empathy and strong commitment to patient‐centred research
