Pay Rate: $18.78/hour on W2
Duration: 6+ Months
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Payroll Processing Associate to support payroll operations and ensure accurate employee payments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable handling confidential payroll information in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Process payroll transactions and manual check requests

Review and maintain payroll records with a high level of accuracy

Investigate and resolve payroll-related inquiries

Work with internal payroll systems and web-based applications

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information

Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders

Support payroll activities during weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
