About the Role
MiniMed is seeking a driven and collaborative PD Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the development and lifecycle management of our innovative products, processes, and therapies. In this role, you will oversee operational aspects of new product development initiatives from initiation through delivery. Acting as the critical link between project teams, line management, and key stakeholders, you will gather and manage requirements, drive stakeholder engagement, and develop solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or other scientific or discipline and 5+ years experience in technical program management OR Advanced Degree in Engineering or other scientific or discipline and 3+ years experience in technical program management

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$138,000.00 - $234,000.00This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Short Term Incentive (STI).
