Job Description:
· 8+ years of hands-on experience in Pega BPM, with a focus on CSSA/CLSA level architecture and high-scale implementations.
· 5+ years of professional Java/J2EE coding to build custom applications and integrations.
· Proven track record of deep Pega customization. Experience in Store/Retail applications (e.g., custom UI components, complex state management, and offline capabilities) is preferred.
· Hands-on experience migrating internal Pega services to external Apache Kafka (Stream) and OpenSearch/Elasticsearch (Search) clusters.
· Architecting robust REST/SOAP integrations and managing complex data transformations between Pega and legacy retail systems.
· Tuning application performance and memory management for high-concurrency environments.
· Enforcing strict Pega Guardrails while maintaining high-quality Java code standards through peer reviews.
· Designing scalable Class Structures and Data Models that support multi-layered business logic.
· Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (Deployment Manager/Jenkins).
· Ability to lead technical troubleshooting and provide architectural guidance for mission-critical store platforms.
