Requirements
- Education
- BSc or MSc in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent
- Essential Knowledge and Professional Experience
- Experience using performance analysis tools (Extrae, Paraver, Score‑P, Scalasca, VTune)
- Intimate understanding of distributed‑memory and shared‑memory parallelism
- Thorough understanding of high‑performance computing architectures
- Additional Knowledge and Professional Experience
- Knowledge of version‑control software (preferably Git)
- Knowledge of profiling tools (e.G., gprof, oprofile, perf)
- Experience supporting and collaborating with external partners
- Experience in Python programming (valued)
- Fluency in spoken and written English (Spanish valued)
- Competences
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to multiple programming languages
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Conditions
- Location: BSC, Computer Sciences Department
- Contract: full‑time (35 h/week) with flexible working hours
