• Document and disseminate developments and findings

Requirements

• Education
  • BSc or MSc in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent
• Essential Knowledge and Professional Experience
  • Experience using performance analysis tools (Extrae, Paraver, Score‑P, Scalasca, VTune)
  • Intimate understanding of distributed‑memory and shared‑memory parallelism
  • Thorough understanding of high‑performance computing architectures
• Additional Knowledge and Professional Experience
  • Knowledge of version‑control software (preferably Git)
  • Knowledge of profiling tools (e.G., gprof, oprofile, perf)
  • Experience supporting and collaborating with external partners
  • Experience in Python programming (valued)
  • Fluency in spoken and written English (Spanish valued)
• Competences
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to multiple programming languages
  • Ability to work independently and in a team

Conditions

• Location: BSC, Computer Sciences Department
• Contract: full‑time (35 h/week) with flexible working hours

• Holidays: 22 days of holiday + 6 personal days + holidays on 24 Dec & 31 Dec per collective agreement
