Role: Performance Engineer
Location: Pleasanton, CA 94588 (Hybrid)
Duration: 3+ months
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in system performance engineering, profiling, and performance optimization at scale with expertise in tools such as - LoadRunner, Dynatrace, Splunk
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), especially and container services.
- Deep understanding of Apache Kafka, Kafka Streams, and distributed event-driven architecture.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes and cloud-native development, including Helm, service mesh and autoscaling.
- Experience with Dynatrace for application performance monitoring, custom dashboards, synthetic monitoring, and AIOps.
- Programming skills in Java, Python, PL/ SQL with exposure to Oracle DB, Mongo DB
- 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2+ years in healthcare technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, FHIR, HL7, etc.) and security best practices.
