We are looking for a passionate Performance Marketing Executive to drive online sales and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Drive qualified leads, website traffic, and sales conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS.
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Develop audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of conversion-focused marketing and sales funnels.
- Experience with Pixel setup, conversion tracking, and remarketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and performance reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic SEO and landing page optimization knowledge.
- Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Digital Marketing Certifications.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Ads.
