Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Performance Testing Engineer with 8+ years of experience in performance engineering, load testing, and scalability testing for web, API, cloud, database, and distributed systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise with performance testing tools and AI-powered testing/observability solutions.
Required Skills:
- Performance Testing & Performance Engineering
- JMeter, k6, BlazeMeter
- Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance, and Scalability Testing
- Performance Analysis and Tuning
- API Performance Testing
- Programming/Scripting: Python, Java, JavaScript, Groovy, or Shell
- Root Cause Analysis and Bottleneck Identification
- Experience with AI-assisted/AI-powered testing, observability, or performance analysis tools
- Performance Monitoring and Capacity Planning
