In this role you will design, implement, and run performance and non-functional tests for a low-latency matching application within the trading platform. You will collaborate with testing, infrastructure, network, and security teams to ensure robust performance and readiness for releases. The role blends automation, test design, and data-driven analysis to optimize latency, throughput, and resilience in a high-paced, agile environment. You will work across pre-prod and prod-like environments to model market conditions and drive improvements.

• Design, implement, and execute performance strategies focusing on latency, throughput, jitter, failover, and load testing across varied environments
• Build and automate test harnesses, scenarios, and CI pipelines using scripting and Ansible for repeatable tests
• Visualize NF testing results with dashboards (e.g., Grafana), produce reports and actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with functional, infrastructure, network, and database teams to simulate market conditions and support release readiness
• Troubleshoot issues from network packets to OS/app behavior and drive root cause analysis and optimizations
Responsabilidades
• Strong Linux engineering background
• Excellent Bash scripting and Python programming; C/C++ knowledge
• Experience automating xqbhyrx fully automated non-functional tests and simulating market-like traffic
• Solid understanding of networks and low-latency factors
• Hands-on DevOps experience with Ansible, GitLab, CI, Airflow, Openshift/ArgoCD
• Analytical troubleshooting skills across layers; able to communicate with multiple teams
• Very good verbal and written English
