Job Summary:
We are looking for a Performance Testing Lead / Senior Lead to drive performance testing initiatives for cargo domain applications. The role involves hands-on execution of performance tests, tool setup and configuration, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure system scalability and reliability. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with JMeter (must), LoadRunner, K6, and a solid foundation in performance engineering and database optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead performance testing efforts across multiple projects within the cargo domain.
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts using JMeter, LoadRunner, and K6.
• Set up and configure performance testing environments and tools.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and infrastructure teams to identify and resolve performance issues.
• Monitor system performance using tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Grafana.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve application performance.
• Support performance tuning of databases and backend systems.
• Document test strategies, execution plans, and results.
• Mentor junior testers and contribute to best practices in performance testing.

• CI/CD integration with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps

• Understanding of Cargo / Logistics domain processes and performance-sensitive operations.
• Experience with cargo management systems and related platforms.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications:
• ISTQB Performance Testing
• JMeter or LoadRunner certification
• Cloud platform familiarity (AWS/GCP/Azure)
