About the role
Support manufacturing process improvements by analyzing data and developing Value Registers, dashboards, databases, and reports that quantify operational value. This role will help build data-driven value stories to support and defend manufacturing process changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze manufacturing data using Python and SQL to identify opportunities for improved efficiency.
- Develop Value Registers, dashboards, databases, and reports supporting manufacturing process changes.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma and Value Stream Analysis to evaluate process improvements.
- Develop clear value stories using data to communicate the impact of manufacturing changes.
- Support data visualization and reporting for operational efficiency initiatives.
- Integrate data through APIs and develop reporting solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in pharma/biotech manufacturing, including familiarity with GxP, tech transfer, and batch records.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python for data manipulation, visualization, and API integration.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma and Value Stream Analysis.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to develop and communicate value stories.
- Experience with Power BI, Snowflake, or automated reporting using Power Automate or python-pptx is preferred.
Compensation (MA Pay Transparency):
- Estimated hourly range: $60–$85/hr (W-2).
- Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
