Kinwell is hiring a Phlebotomist to join our Denny clinic in Seattle, WA. We bring agility to work every day and thrive on the opportunity to create something refreshing and new. The Phlebotomist plays a pivotal role at Kinwell in coordinating and optimizing patient care by ensuring accurate specimen collection, seamless laboratory processes, and compliance with safety standards. This position supports Kinwell healthcare providers by completing clinician orders for laboratory testing, performing limited point-of-care testing, and preparing specimens for transport.
This role qualifies for +7.5% pay differential for employees assigned to a home location in a qualifying Kinwell Clinic, which is currently our Ballard, Denny Way, and Westlake clinics.

What we offer:
The pay for this role will vary based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's geographic location, market conditions, and specific skills and experience.
National Plus Salary Range: $47,400.00 - $71,100.00
*National Plus salary range is used in higher cost of labor markets including Western Washington and Alaska.
