Overview Job description
We are currently looking for a senior PHP web developer to help us continue to build our products and services. Together with a team of young, enthusiastic creatives and developers, you will develop new tools, maintain and expand existing services and help improve usability and conversion. Your primary focus will be development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. It’s key that you’re experienced with the Laravel framework.
Responsibilities
Develop server-side logic, define and maintain the central database, and ensure high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests.
Develop innovative algorithms for our web applications and build reusable code and libraries for future use.
Develop and run production systems in high-availability and high-performance environments.
Collaborate with team planning, pair programming, and Lean/Agile practices to deliver high-quality code.
Qualifications
Strong back-end developer with experience in PHP and the Laravel framework.
Loves solving problems and making things better, stronger and faster; able to identify technology and business opportunities.
Ability to ship new functionalities continuously and deliver according to requirements.
Experience building scalable, high-performance applications and optimizing for speed.
Experience building reusable code and libraries.
