Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration of two major platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and data flow.
- Collaborate with the existing team that has deep expertise in Ruby on Rails and React/Redux, filling the knowledge gap on PHP and Next.js.
- Participate in system migration and unification projects, ensuring smooth data and feature transitions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain code quality, security, and performance best practices.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on PHP and Next.js.
- Experience with Ruby on Rails is a plus but not required.
- Strong background in large-scale migration/unification projects.
- Familiarity with React and Redux.
- Ability to work autonomously and contribute to a highly distributed team across multiple time zones.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $90,000.00 per month
