Remain hands-on with software development, contributing to coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving. Drive best practices across development processes, including code quality, architecture, and technical standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions. Assist with planning, prioritisation, and execution of development initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve development processes, systems, and overall technical capability. Provide technical support and guidance when required, including standby support as needed.
