We are a fast-growing freight audit and business analytics technology company that leverages big data to eliminate inefficiencies in global transportation spend. We are seeking a PHP Fullstack Engineer to design robust architectures, drive innovation, and mentor our Engineering team.
What You Will Do
- Lead design and development of complex business applications and integrations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for junior and mid-level developers.
- Conduct technical reviews, establish coding standards, and promote engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies to enhance platform performance and reliability.
- Maintain high standards of software quality, documentation, and testing practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Deep expertise with: Vanilla JavaScript (VanillaJS), PHP, and PostgreSQL.
- Strong experience with jQuery.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership, communication (English), and mentoring abilities.
- Bonus: Experience with C++, Logistics, or SaaS industries.
