PHP/shopify Developer (Full-Stack / E-commerce) - Remote

We are looking for a talented and motivated PHP/Shopify Developer to join our team. This role involves working across both frontend and backend systems, contributing to the development and maintenance of our in-house platform as well as Shopify-based e-commerce platform.
Key Responsibilities
-  Develop and maintain our in-house platform using PHP, both frontend and backend
-  Build, customize, and optimize Shopify themes and apps
-  Work across full-stack development (frontend + backend)
-  Design and optimize database structures using MySQL / MariaDB
-  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions
-  Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
-  Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems
-  Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices
Requirements :
-  3-5 years of experience in PHP development
-  Experience with Shopify theme and/or app development
-  Proven experience in full-stack development
-  Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
-  Strong experience with MySQL and/or MariaDB
-  Ability to switch between custom platform development and Shopify ecosystem is highly preferred
-  Good command of English for effective communication
-  Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-  Availability to have daily working hours overlapping with UTC 00:00-02:00 (CST 08:00-10:00)
-  Experience using AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude Code) to improve productivity

-  Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations

Pay: Up to $40,000.00 per month
