In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain PL/1 applications supporting Allianz Business Systems. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions and improve existing PL/1 systems. You’ll perform code reviews, document technical details, and stay current with industry practices to drive reliable software delivery. • Design, develop, test and debug PL/1 applications to meet requirements
• Monitor, enhance, and troubleshoot PL/1 applications for performance and functionality
• Collaborate with business analysts, technical teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
• Conduct code reviews and testing to ensure quality and adherence to standards
• Create, update and manage technical documentation for PL/1 applications
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize business impact

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience as a PL/1 Developer or similar role
• Proficiency in PL/1 with hands-on application development
• Experience in Linux environments with Micro Focus technologies and DB2 familiarity
• Strong analytical xqbhyrx and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration for cross-functional work
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle processes
• Interest in machine learning is a plus
