We are looking for an experienced
PL/SQL Developer to support and enhance core life insurance systems in a large-scale enterprise environment. The role focuses on maintaining and optimising Oracle-based applications, developing and refactoring PL/SQL code, and contributing to data transformation and modernisation initiatives across integrated systems.

Responsibilities
• Maintain and enhance Oracle based life insurance systems
• Develop, optimise, and refactor PL SQL queries, packages, triggers and procedures
• Analyse and implement data structure changes across integrated systems
• Collaborate with analysts and architects to ensure accuracy and consistency of data
• Support data migrations and system transformation initiatives
• Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation
• Work effectively across both legacy and modernised system components
Requirements
• 3–4 years of commercial experience with
SQL and PL SQL
SQL and PL SQL
• Strong experience working with
Oracle Database
Oracle Database
• Ability to analyse data structures, dependencies, and flows
• Experience working in large transactional environments
• Understanding of system integration and redundancy
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice to have
• Experience with legacy technologies (Clipper, Harbour, JavaScript)
• Familiarity with .NET ecosystem
• Experience working in insurance or financial domains
• Exposure to ETL or data integration toolsets
